~ Let's start at the very beginning, a very good place to start.

It has been so long. So long in fact that I'm not sure if anyone reads this silly blog of mine anymore!
We (B.B. and I) met, fell in love and lived in Savannah, GA for a little over 5 years. Savannah is a wonderful, mysterious city that I never thought I would miss as much as I do. We found out we were expecting in July of 2008, and on March 23, 2009 I gave birth to the most amazing miracle who is the love of my life, and my entire purpose for being. Brent and I moved back to his hometown south of Atlanta when I was six months pregnant where we lived with his gracious parents until we could get back on our feet. We felt like we were living in a whirlwind for quite a while, and stressful it was, but we stuck together and made it through what we had to. We moved into the cutest most cozy house ever in late August of 2009, and we cherish our home so much, not only were we able to get our own house again, but we got to spend time as just us, our little family of three with several dogs in the mix. In December of 2009 we decided it was about time we got married, so we did in a small little ceremony with just close family. I was a stay at home mama with Clara and even though I loved it, I missed, and I know this sounds crazy.....working! Yeah I know I am a freak. B.B. and my father in-law took over the soap business that they had been working for, and work became a family business! So I told the hubs I wanted to work again, and work I got! I am now a full time working mama, who loves her job, stress and all, and gets to take my awesome daughter to work with me everyday where I also get to work with my husband all day long.
So that's the story in a nutshell. I am sure that some of you have wondered where I went, what happened, blah blah blah, and now you know. Life changed so fast and I just stopped blogging, I really don't know why, but I do apologize, so I am restarting The Lavender Beekeeper. I have missed it so, and even though I don't live in Savannah anymore, I have jumped into the history of the county and surrounding area that we live in. It's amazing what you can find out in a small town if you do a little searching! So here I go again and you're more than welcome to come along for the ride!
