Oh, baby....That's right ya'll I am pregnant. Six and a half weeks to be exact!! Brent-Boy and I just found out last week, and I have to say we are excited and shocked, but we feel so blessed that God has given us such an awesome, wonderful gift. I am almost speechless. Every moment of my days and nights now are filled with baby thoughts, I am so excited!! I am amazed by the miracle of this little babe growing inside me daily. I can't wait to meet him or her!!
My due date is March 01, 2009.
And I hope to have my first OB visit next week.
I will keep all of you my dear friends posted on all the updates and news.
I am thanking the good Lord daily for this wonderful blessing that has come into our lives!!

Ok, you want to know how I found out?! I was on one of my other favorite blogs which had a link to the feathered nest which I thought sounded familiar ;) and I left a comment and saw your comment about a pic of a baby, I didn't think too much about that and kept scrolling her entries and saw her announcement about her son Brent and sweet Emily...
I couldn't get over here fast enough.
I even went back to her page to make sure I read it right and it wasn't one of her other sons...

Lady Em! Congrats! I'm so excited for you. I'd love to comiserate with you, since I'm due Feb 27th! Drink extra water to combat the itchies and get the Girlfriend's guide to pregnancy, it's much less scarey than Expect When You're Expecting, which is a good book, but freaked me out with everything that could go wrong.
Congratulations!!! This is great news!! I´m very happy for You!It was the best things ever happened to me, 3 times!! I could have one more just to be able to deliver! But sorry...to old for that now!
